Players Club:

(1 FT) Players Club Supervisor: As Supervisor of the Players Club, you will be responsible for scheduling, training and supervising the Players Club staff. You will also provide outstanding customer service and keep our guests informed of promotional events occurring on-site. You will also be responsible for keeping the social media sites up to date with current promotions and contests. You are responsible for the customer database and cash and merchandise redemption.  You need to be a “people person”, have had some supervisory experience and have great attention to detail for this position! (1 FT) Players Club Host: As Host/ess, the main focus of your position is to provide quality customer service and keep our guests informed of promotional events occurring on-site. You are also responsible for the customer database, cash and merchandise redemption.  You need to be a “people person” as well as have great attention to detail for this position!

Slots:

(2 FT) Customer Service Rep: You will be the main source of contact with our guests.  You have to be a friendly face with a willingness to offer help and a smile at all times!  CSR’s do everything from offering a pat on the back when a guest is having a bad day, to showing a new guest around the casino, to getting a guest a coke or coffee and bringing it to them on the floor.  If you really enjoy interacting with all people, this is the job for you!

Food & Beverage:

(1 FT) Assistant F&B Director: The Assistant Director of Food & Beverage assists the F&B Director in directing and overseeing the activities of the food and beverage department with a focus on quality, service, guest satisfaction and cost control. For a complete job description CLICK HERE

(1 FT) Cook: Your job is to prepare and cook meals for our guests and staff that taste great and look good. You are also responsible for maintaining positive guest relations at all times, resolving guest complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.

(1 FT) Cashier: This position provides fast, friendly, professional and responsive customer service to casino patrons in The Lenape Grill.  The atmosphere is lively, fun and upbeat! 

(1 FT) Dishwasher: Your job is to…wash dishes. It may not be glamorous, but it’s got to be done. It pays well, has excellent benefits and is hugely appreciated by management, staff and guests alike! You are also required to keep the dish room clean and well organized.

Maintenance:

(2 FT) Housekeeper & (1 FT) Groundskeeper: To be a successful member of this team, you must be able to provide a clean, sanitary comfortable environment for our guests and your fellow employees. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Please note, our Casinos are NOT smoke free environments.  You must be able to tolerate working in an environment where second hand smoke, loud noises and flashing lights are present.
  • You must be able to pass a background check and receive a gaming license or permit from the Delaware Nation Office of the Gaming Commission as required to work in gaming operations.
  • You must be able to complete a pre-employment drug test with a negative result.
